Making Thadig with Lisa and Lainie

Lisa is joined by Dunera favourite Lainie Cadry to talk all things thadig, the incredible golden, crisp edged Persian rice dish. Together they make the original and also discover a delicious variation, turning the thadig into a complete meal.
