Ingredients:
12x NO. 4 or No. 5 Baby Chickens, Butterflied

Marinade

Juice of 3 lemons
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
60ml (1/4 cup) White Vinegar
4 Cloves Garlic
3 Red Birds Eye Chillies, Seeded and Finely Chopped
3 Tablespoons Salt
3 Tablespoons Chilli Flakes
1 Tablespoon Ground Black Pepper

Peri Peri Sauce
3 Cloves Garlic, Crushed
6 Red Birds Eye Chillies, Seeded and Finely Chopped
1 Teaspoon Chilli Powder
Juice of 2 lemons
1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
200ml White Vinegar
